Zolo scarred Kaido like a paper cut with special sword and sword technique amplification, and Kaido didn't fall, nothing compared to DFless BB scarring Shanks.

Zolo gave paper cut with a special sword Enma and sword technique, not with Haki alone. Same as Law didn't beat Big Mom with DF alone, both DF + Haki, just as Zolo paper cut Kaido with special sword + sword technique + Haki.

Zolo still has 0 Barehand Haki feats and no canceling DF transformation via Haki, Law has.

He was MIA because he went to get ahead of jinbei . ( you even had WB pirate say he tunnel around of them )
Like i said he appear in front of jinbei in chapter 577 , the same one you using .
So jinbe was running before Akainu get attack and fight WB and Akainu even after all of that still end up in front of him .
