But the admirals don't have acoc. Kaido was going very easy on the scabbards. No hybrid. No acoc. No weird nose form. No flame dragon torch.

All the Admirals are doing is limiting their range a little.

I think this part is fake. Fuji and Karasu were fighting during that flashback, how could Fuji get a bandage during the fight? I still find it hard to believe Karasu or Morley could do that to admirals in a 1on1, they should be weaker than Iva

Inu and Neko, and probably Denjiro, are indeed on their same level or maybe even higher in Sulong form, and because of this they managed to injure Kaido, who was not only stronger than every top but also a defensive-oriented top tier.
