OK, so I'm pretty sure next chapter will have Teach and the other three return to Fullalead, Garp tosses Koby and Grus onto the ship, and Garp is surrounded and overwhelmed as the SWORD ship sails off. And then we don't hear about exactly what happened for a while and return back to Egghead.
