Aokiji is a lethal fighter, yet he didn't kill or mutilate Garp like he did to Jozu and just knocked him out. Blood Lusted Aokiji woulda ended fight by either taking Garp's arm off or simply freezing him to death.

Prime Garp (top haki + top physical strength ) > pre ts Kuzan >~ Current Kuzan > Old Garp

Kuzan seems respectful enough to not defeat a person so important to him (Garp) in such a gruesome way.

I used to think that Teach's head was on Kuzan list, like you, but now its really unlikely.
Panels will give more perspective tho, so I'm waiting for them.
