Putting Koby over Sanji because 1 has conquerors makes no sense
Koby isn’t above law, Marco, Sanji, or the admirals just because they don’t have conquerors. Will Koby eventually surpass them? Yeah that’s definitely possible but that doesn’t mean much for current Koby

Also Garp and Koby’s impact attacks are definitely more than just simple punches infused with conquerors but a specific technique. We’ve seen luffy and big mm punch with conquerors and other characters like Yamato and kaido infuse it with their blunt attacks. Impact is a unique technique

I don’t think Koby went from fodder to high commander level because of either even tho he has the most potential out of any marine.
As for how he compares to characters like Jack, Pizarro, and sanji I don’t think Koby is on the level of the commanders yet. Also don’t think Pizarro is top 3 Blackbeard pirates

Depending on what time you mean I definitely don’t think Koby is comparable young garp lol

No where did I rate Pizarro as BB top 3 commander

Koby is arguably above all Vets now
I don't think he's equal to Sanji or other inbetweeners

This chapter, just like the previous ones, raises an interesting point that Old Garp is faster than Akainu. If Akainu could hit Kuzan as easily as Garp is doing in the fight, it wouldn't have lasted for 10 days like it did. After all, Akainu would have essentially inflicted serious injuries on Aokiji due to his lethality. This tells us that Akainu is really slow.

2/ Black lightning being seen attached to the limb / weapon that is used
3/ Fodders got knocked out
