Sure, the MF fortress itself is smaller than the skull, but WB damaged the whole MF island while Garp's damage is only confined to the skull. Once again bear in mind that WB's actual focus was Akainu while Garp's target is the skull itself.

Anyone can throw a DF user into the water lol, Garp needs to take advantage of a universal DF weakness to temporarily immobilize Wolf rather than beating Wolf with his own power like Kuzan did lol.

No matter how you spin it, Garp looks like trash who literally relied on the same technique Kid Law and Zoro attempted against Big Mom. It makes it look like Garp was just completely powerless to beat Wolf like those three were with Big Mom.

Meanwhile Kuzan just negs Wolf casually. Lol

Old Garp > Aokiji, all of Garp's performance combined with his bounty on par with the admirals, even in his old age, leaves this possibility open. The guy was constantly blitzing Kuzan with speed.

Aokiji was literally ignored during the battle, pushed aside by Garp, while Garp rushed to expend his stamina and energy on Blackbeard's commanders, just like what happened here with Pizarro.

The thing is that Oda has done a very poor job at differentiating between CoC and CoA. However, Koby's technique is definitely advanced Haki. He's doing the no touch Haki which is either ACoA/Ryuo or ACoC. Given the fact that this technique is mimiking Garp's, there is also a huge chance this is ACoC.

But the no touch effect is mainly done by adcoa tho.

There were many instances in LvK fight where Kaido's attack landed with contact on luffy.

I think the main difference is
haki trail(arm/leg/weapon) + thick black lightening trail after impact.

Many people denied adcoc last chapter, but that fit perfectly with adcoc factors.

It's not nontouching. He just put a hole in the arm with his attack. The part of the arm that's directly inline with his punch's direct turned into dust while the rest of the arm was broken to bits.

It wasn't. Everything one needs is presented there. The Haki trail, the no touching. The trails show itself where the attack makes contact with the object.
