It's not nontouching. He just put a hole in the arm with his attack. The part of the arm that's directly inline with his punch's direct turned into dust while the rest of the arm was broken to bits.
It is no touching. Look where the Haki trails start from. It's around the part where Koby started crushing the hand.

The thing is that Oda has done a very poor job at differentiating between CoC and CoA. However, Koby's technique is definitely advanced Haki. He's doing the no touch Haki which is either ACoA/Ryuo or ACoC. Given the fact that this technique is mimiking Garp's, there is also a huge chance this is ACoC.
Its only AdCoA when there's a Black Haki Ring like Bajrang Gun, else no touching is always AdCoC..

???
Bro, he's literally making no contact. The shockwave destroyed the arm.

There were also haki traits.

He just put a hole in the arm with his attack.
Now I'm confused.

How exactly is that a proof that Coby showed no Ryuo in that instance? For making a hole into the palm? But isn't that how it works? Luffy was making holes in trees and destroyed them from the inside.

Furthermore, I don't think it has to be internal destruction Haki. Flowing Haki is also a form of advanced Haki - hence Ryuo. The latter clearly fits to Coby's attack.
