I mean, with all due respect, Oda shouldn't overdo it. Giving it to Usopp would be too much. Dude even post TS is constantly pissing his pants at any implication of danger. He just ain't that guy. Nami? Well, she probably too weak, but she showed quite the courage to be fair (but courage isn't enough, enough non conquerors showed courage). But I think giving it to Sanji on top of having Yamato as an unofficial member, that's probably enough. Jinbe doesn't need it and is probably too old; it would be weird to not have unlocked CoC at the age of 46 already. Of course, in the end it is up to Oda, but he shouldn't play with his own credibility too much by handing CoC out like candy to fodders.
