Kuzans character is not something new...We saw his feat when he freezed the ocean and then again in Marine Ford...Sadly that's the only thing he did beside taking Ls from Akainu and Garp .

It's indicator how much haki that person use, the bigger the lighting = more haki
Not that hard to understand

So if someone use a Big black lightning attack, it doesn't mean it's ACoC ? The fact that Oda never explained this is crazy.

But top level coa is the minimum of what he did this chapter. The vet low commander talk is laugahable

Each generation has its own group of Sword, you probably can't be one as a VA as your position is too sensitive
X Drake is the leader of the current roster
