So whatever performance Garp has failed to do also reflect on Kuzan as well on these 2 specific categories.
No because of two main reasons.
First, Garp failed to specifically take out the main targets of the BBP's that were in his range. In this chapter we've seen how fast Garp can cross Hachinosu and reach the skull.
When Kuzan was away in the last chapter Garp was confronted with Shiryu without Kuzan's interference and he blocked an attack of Vasco. He had the time available to take down at least these two. That he has the strength to do that was not in question. That he didn't do that which then resulted in his loss, is not an excuse to justify his loss but one of the reasons why he lost in the first place.
The reason why Kuzan isn't the same is because Kuzan's ability allows him to deal with inferior fighters faster and more efficient as he shown to freeze 4/5 titanic captains already.
Now if you say fruitless Kuzan can't do better, I may agree with u, but Kuzan is specifically built better to deal with multiple oponnents.
