3. we saw injured, crippled Cobra stop all of Gorosei
4. Most characters in one piece can sense how strong people are just from meeting them, if gorosei were actual top tiers like you brainlets keep spewing, characters like Sengoku, Akainu and everyone who ever met them would know their power right away and it wouldn't be a secret.

The story is literally saying that Kizaru is there to fight Luffy
and Gorosei is there to stop Vegapunk from counterattacking

Kizaru is there to protect gorosei's weak ass

None of those goofball VAs are actually a threat for Zoro.
