No. The video merely states that Sentomaru was able to stand up to Kizaru while wounded from Lucci. Nowhere does it state he's a Sento-fanboy.
We don't know whether Sentomaru will be able to do anything in that state, although he's clearly in his prime, while Kizaru is past his prime. Note how stating facts will make some kizaru fanboys automatically assume one is a Sento fan or a Kizaru hater, instead of accepting facts or arguing facts.

Does no one wonder what the SHP and Vegapunk will do after they have used the Coup de Burst and are now one kilometer away from the fleet? Kizaru can use a canon ball or turn himself into light to go right after them - and he will catch up the them in a blink of an eye!

Still crossing my fingers that such a widely reported super buster call is a big enough event to call for some of the grand fleet to break through the blockade while the Straw Hats beat Kizaru and the VAs senseless. But its more likely that this is the last time the SHs have to flee the scene, and Oda wants their last daring escape to be especially spectacular.
Hoping the Grand Fleet starts moving in Lodestars direction soon at least.
