How is that the same as Kizaru, who poses an immediate threat to his crewmates and other people around, just like Whitebeard was concerned for his crew when Oden approached. YC level Luffy was already picking a fight with an admiral (Fujitora), Kizaru is nothing to be afraid of for him personally at this point.
