Have you guys noticed that in this arc the Admirals fought the strongest oponnents ?

- Shanks vs Kid
- Teach vs Law
- Kuzan vs Old Garp
- Kizaru vs Yonkou Luffy

Technically the Yonko won three out of four of these (though Garp sacrificed), not sure if this would really prove anything other than Kizaru being destined to lose here.

NGL Oda keeps proving that Zoro is a difficult character for him to use .
Character wise he should be at least dancing close to low-mid top tiers if he wants to reach Mihawk level by EoS.

Having a crazy jump later would not be satisfying.

What do you think a bright prospect in assassin group refers to other than power?
Lucci is called genius because of his power.

Like what other reason Oda had to write that they are rivals and comparable if not to tell that they are equals in power?

Who's Who said that he was "considered to be" which implies that's from a third party perspective (whether from the CP agencies or WG we don't know). This is not him directly stating he was a bright prospect that was on Lucci's level.

Secondly, he said to "the genius Rob Lucci" which is him directly putting Lucci on a pedestal above himself.

At no point were they ever considered to be rivals in power.

or maybe mihawk is not that special among the top tiers. remember fluffy went from kata to kaido so there is no big deal if zoro goes form shiryu to mihawk
