Because he knows at one point Kuma should conveniently arrive not mentioning the Ancient Robot that will go ham. There is too much interrupting happening.
Again, im not sure what that has to do with Kizaru losing this very arc lol. Fights can stop and pause. Plot moves forward. This is normal. Kizaru is absolutely the arc antagonist though. Its his time (in 20-30 chapters)

I

Indigo

Which is (at least) 20 chapters.....and my point.

This fight wont end until everything else is over.
20 chapters is a long ass fight lmao

people think Luffy vs Kaido was like 50 chapters

but they forget Oda had to keep cutting away for many other things happening at the same time, all Straw Hats fights and Law and Kid

Egghead is not as crowded as Wano

only Zoro has a fight going right now

Kuma is made of metal, the metal melts when it reaches a certain temperature, nothing out of the ordinary, we only saw the metal in contact with the magma and the result is the same, the lasers should also be able to make holes in the kuma without any problem ...
Well, Akainu instantly vaporized steel which is far above the melting point of steel. Akainu legit has far more temperature than that.

Let's agree to disagree, that's my current stance on the current events. This all doesn't scream extended arc to me but who knows. Things are moving too fast.

If Luffy takes Kizaru next chapter to a different location cut off from everyone then I will agree but until then I can't see it happening.
