What makes you think Kizaru isn't just controlling the light clones he made and making them create light swords/attack Luffy etc?

Because they are not connected to Kizaru physically? Kizaru can't see what's going on there, he's in a different place searching for Vegapank. For it to be true, then logias should not just be able to create clones, but transmit information through space (including sound, and vision) and the ability to control. Which makes it no less broken.

Yeah, but they have a frightening attack power and lethality, probably they are very fast and we don't know if a normal hit is enough to vanquish them, since G5 is over the top.
