What I find curious is, how the Stellar informed Atlas that she needs to convey to Bonney that she can command the Pacifistas as their highest authority. He did not tell Atlas exactly what it was that she needed to tell Bonney. He just told her “Atlas, let Bonney know!” Nothing more. Both knew what Atlas had to tell Bonney at that time, without needing to specify it further. So, this means that the Stellar and Atlas need to have planned to tell Bonney this, but wanted to do that not immediately, but at a specific point of time. And this time came, when the Pacifistas aimed at the small family about to shoot (- a dire need arose for them to tell her). I wonder, why they did not tell her before... .
This is again evidence that behind all this simple “We use the Vegaforce 01 and the Sunny to escape” is more than we are currently seeing. It hints at an intricate plan working wonders in the background. The only thing is – Oda isn’t telling us that, because, if he were to do so, he would need to reveal more and more and more of what he still wants to hide from us.

Important to notice in this chapter is also, how Vegapunk behaves: He seems to have this tremendous fear of Kuma hurting his own child and Bonney being hurt by her own father. Oda literally shoving this fear into focus to this extend, highlights the importance of it. This means that analysing it is key to the story Oda is still hiding behind his thick curtain.
The first question that comes to mind regarding the matter is, why Vegapunk has this massive fear in the first place. A fear - most times in a story - stems from a dramatic experience in the past, in which the character had to endure a similar situation, which now reflects on the present. I want to say that Vegapunk had probably been in the same position of being a father, who had to hurt one of his children. The next questions, which come to mind are: What had happened and who was that child?
Regarding of who this child could have been, is unclear. But we know that the Stellar seems to be like a father-like figure to his Satellites or Stussy. It could also be Lucci, because he is like a twin-brother to Shaka and both share identical verbal and non-verbal behaviour. Every thought that goes further, is still theoretical and does not belong into this analysis.

We also have still very little hints of what had happened back then. The only small hint Oda provides is that Vegapunk, as well as Shaka and Lucci seem to not like pirates very much - with the latter even detesting them. And I don’t know if I, as of now, should combine the Stellar’s fear of a parent having to hurt their child (- because Vegapunk had to hurt his child in the past) with Lucci’s apparent resentment for Vegapunk seen in chapter 1062 (- as the result of him being hurt by the Stellar).
