@YonkoGodLuffy @Pringles Oda is purposely nerfing luffy. this chapter confirm that coa is more than enough to handle an admirals, and adcoc is overkill. I think luffy left wano too strong and now oda is making him forget how to properly use his power mainly haki. Even zoro is only using coa for whatever reason. I remember that garp also stopped using adcoc after one shoting kuzan with blue hole.

Unless you think a move named after his fruit like phoenix talons is a low tier move, which genuinely doesn’t make much sense to me, the direct comparison to queen is enough to show it.

Queen was able to shake off that attack, but even pre IJ Sanjis Hell Memories did more damage than Marco. And IJ is a level beyond even that.

I don’t think that move he used to kick Kizaru is stronger than IJ. I think it’s stronger than Sanjis DJ moves though. I don’t think the move Marco did to Queen was a high end move either. But we will never know.
