He HAS to be awakened. Raijin island was his doing im certain, with its endless lightning storm.
It's no coincidence Urouge went there.
Strawhats were meant to go there first too.
Raijin = Birka imo. It fell to the blue sea/sea level when Enel destroyed it with his awakening. Opposite of that part of jaya being knocked up into the sky and thus adding to skypeia.
Like how doflamingos defeat was the inverse of how crocodiles defeat. Inverse parallel or whatever. Crocodile was the part of jaya going into the sky. Doflamingo is birka being knocked down to earth/ocean level.
Also West African culture has an actual Joyboy who plays drums IRL. There's the Indonesian king with legendary prophecies IRL too, JAYAbaya. Similar to Joyboy too.
Zou is based on Indonesia I think too.

luffy looks levels beyond kizaru and saturn
saturn awakened a new mode , raging, and his attacks are voided with ease.
and then kizaru this whole time has gotten owned by gear 5
just him grabbing him is enough to deal some damage , but idiots will keep gaslighting that he won the battle because luffy ran out of gear 5.
seems like hes finally killed vegapunk though but if so
he will pay a heavy price .
he is getting absolutely smashed if so , zero doubt in my mind and its going to be embarrassing.
