Luffy was using internal destruction against Kaido, the only time he's used any advanced haki against Kizaru was when he one tapped him
Kizaru can't do anything except be saved by plot, just like when Luffy grabbed him the first time.
He's never shown that he can do that dumbass and his CoA is fodder tier

Like for a chapter with 13 pages in which the first 3-4 are basically useless to the plot aint that something worth to be corrected and heavly critized to Oda?
Do you guy care about the first 3 pages of this chapter?

Like are you kitting this shit is uselss anyway, why bother wasting 4 pages for a chapter of 13 pages in total.....and this is repeated for 99% of all chapters......just wasted (give me a shanks having a party than this bullshit and make more sense)
I am following many other mangas and this shit aint happening so frequently like in OP.....Oda doesnt know what it important and what not that a big issue for the story

Luffy was clearly holding back in there because he didn't make Kizaru bleed by grabbing him that time. that already should tell you, but hey, we One Piece fans only read according to our agendas, no?
