Funnily enough, Mihawk is based on Vlad Dracula ofc and Vlad was known as the "Dragon Prince" and his father got his name from being part of the "Order of the Dragon" or something like that.

The Revolutionaries lack a swordsman too, especially a strong one too.
Mihawk feels like he would get along with Dragon somehow, in terms of personality/temperament too. Both of them love avoiding taking actions and having fights too /s.
Mihawks current homeland, Kuragaina was ravaged by war too, he mentioned it to Zoro when he arrived there but Mihawk came to the island 4 years after the war happened.
I almost wonder if Krieg destroyed it at some point and thats why Mihawk pursued his ass so ferociously from the New World to East Blue, something that deep and personal to him? Maybe the island is important to him in heritage or something? Probably not though ofc lol.
Its so frustrating just having only breadcrumbs to work with, even after 26 years now or whatever.

And yes that’s what I said, in terms of durability base Kaido < Forest Ryokugyu >?< Hybrid Kaido.
And yes, Kizaru was initially defending himself from Nika back when he was negging him, but he is no longer trying to fight Nika because he doesn’t care to. If he were intent to kill Nika Nika would’ve died at the beginning of the arc.
