They will not fight.
Zoro is in the Labophase, protected by a laser barrier.
Ghandi is in the Fabriophase, he can't fly and the barrier would probably kill him.
The chances of a fight or a clash between the two are extremely low.
If I had to cope on something, I'd probably go with Kizaru, since he can bypass the barrier, but again, Zoro is too slow for someone like Kizaru.
Kizaru would easily destroy the whole Labophase with or without Zoro there.

For them Lucci and zoro were just staring each other
Despite Oda showing us Lucci blocking Zoro on screen with the clashing effects
Apparently those don't count...it's just one-shot/low diff
Even though the fight lasted over an hour (before kizaru vs luffy started, and ended after Saturn & kizaru vs Luffy clash )
