Reasons why Mihawk is superior to Nusjuro
Mihawk has a supreme grade sword
Mihawk has a black sword
Mihawk in his fight MF fought from the beginning and was the only one who ended the war without any damage, not even a scratch.
Nusjuro may have a supreme grade sword

If we’re looking at antifeats, Mihawk was stalled by Vista and couldn’t even kill pre skip Luffy.

In fact I would go so far to say that Nusjuro had much better portrayal against Sanji than Mihawk got against jozu or vista.
Of you mean her controlling the Pacifistas, Nusjuro already handled the situation pretty much, so that's not an immediate threat at this time. If you mean her ability to replicate a Nika future, Saturn already knew about that ability. If there's something I'm missing, then I'd like to know what other power Bonney has that can destroy an island.
Regardless Saturn didn't take killing Luffy as seriously as he should of considering how much of a threat Luffy is to him and the organization, and we've seen countless times where characters don't take the situation with as much urgency as the situation would call for. Lastly, if you're claim of Nusjuro trying his hardest to swing the blade as fast of possible was true, then why didn't he use that cold power of his that made quick work as soon as he drew his sword from the sheathe, instead opting to bring the blade behind him?

My theory of Sanji being the one to destroy Fishman Island instead of Luffy to form the All Blue is getting truer and truer day by day.
