Nasujro is a master swordsman Gorosei that is literally the ideal zoro opponent and when the 5 gorosei arrived in Egghead, everybody expected zoro vs venus fight(at least a little fight or clash).

Sanji fighting Vênus instead of Zoro is just a slap in everybody who waited for Zoro vs Vênus

This is the same as Sanji fighting Shiryu instead of Zoro lol

You all expected Venus despite Venus being Aphrodite aka LOVE, Sanji's main thing.
Venus being the hottest planet and rotating retrograde like Sanji's eyebrows.
Venus being the Morning/Evening Star Lucifer, and devil which Sanji refs to.
Sanji having several symbols of Venus in colorspreads throughout the manga.
Etc, etc, etc.

And that was pretty bad for Saturn, even with his regeneration, his hype disappeared after that.
The same thing would happen if Sanji does it with Nusjuro.

then technically Nasjuro is ice skeleton guy so fire attack should be effective .
