Clearly One Piece was already not as good as it was after the TS but things really turned sour with the Yonko saga, and Wano in particular.

I enjoyed Wano overall, but the ending felt rushed. I was disappointed that Oda changed his mind about Yamato joining the crew and allowing her to develop as her own character. There were also many missed opportunities for Zoro's character development, such as visiting Ryuma's grave, forging a black blade, exploring his backstory, and interacting with Tashigi and not having vegapunk not curing the wano citizens...

One Piece is going downhill and the sales are evidences for it.. the newer generation of manga are changing the scope of Shonen with better overall story and characters. 1100 chapter of One Piece and we barely know anything at all..

Why do you think becoming Nika would make you so strong? Why be so scandalized by such a development? It was predictable and apart from waking up the robot I don't think it's anything special. If it wasn't for Zoro fighting him, ZBoys wouldn't care about King at all.

Look how many of them used to care about Kizaru because they thought Zoro would fight him during this arc, but the moment Oda brought the other Elders to Egghead, they started to care less about Kizaru even to the point where they went from hyping him up to downplaying him.
