Law’s haki was obviously stronger in wano than in PH

The sheer fact Law could cut Vergo in half during PH, but couldn’t cut BM or teleport her is proof that Vergo’s AP isn’t even comparable to BM’s.

Law just took more damage because his durability was worse.
