Oden was low top tier when he joined WB and became solid top tier
He then returned to wano as upper-mid top tier at his peak

He was no daman YC level/high high tier
Young Oden was called "incredible" by Primebeard who got shook and matched him offscreen
Ace who was YC level never got this hype from oldbeard when he fought him the first time.
Even after 100 battles, Ace still didn't get this portrayal

Yes Saturn looks terrible I agree but do remember, he forgot to use his freeze ability, forgot to use his Eye explode ability, forgot to use his poison spit. He literally just stood there for a while taking their attacks and when hes had enough he blew them away lol.

So the rest being in full Zoan does in fact impede their fighting skill imo. And since we didnt see them go hybrid we cant judge them yet lol.

To be fair, that is just a general quirk of regenerators in fiction. They always get fatally injured/dismembered or get torn apart like paper, especially when you compare them to other, non-regenerating characters.

Even OP has weaker regenerators like Marco take fatal damage from fodder.

Oda is willing to let characters who can Regen just take brutal and lethal damage. Cause they can Regen.

In verse, it can be explained by these guys using zero haki or guard to defend themselves, so they get torn like paper.

Marco had power to contest with BM and Akainu, yet fodder pierce him easily.

The Gorosei (-Venus) are more like Momo, immense strength but no skill whatsoever, Momo definitely stronger in his full zoan as goofy as he is now
What weapon or form of fighting is Warcury supposed to use in hybrid, from what we saw he’s just a thicc boar with invincible armor ramming his way through his enemies, doesn’t scream much of a cqc fighter
Mars is a bird like Marco so I doubt a hybrid will change much
Saturn already showed his hybrid

Nesujuro can't keep up with base Sanji speed, let alone IJ speed
BM was able to handle RS Vinsmokes despite their speed (niji has lightning speed), she also could easily keep with Marco.... she can easily tag Marco or RS Vinsmokes
She also could react TO BOUNDMAN attack speed

Nesujuro should first be able to dodge Atlas

I told you:

Gorosei : they are just top tier versions of Marco with strong haki,
with topman being like king + Marco , top dura + top regen

Yonko : top tier versions of Katakuri
Amazing haki skills/mastery with great df mastery(or control), great at combat skills

Admirals : top tier versions of Doflamingo,
Extremely skilled at combat and have amazing df control, they lack adhaki.

There are no facts per se but Oda isn’t shying away from their abilities, and the way the Gorosei are built leads me to that conclusion too
