Yes. Many were previously convinced that Kuzan completely bought into Teach's ways because Teach is special like Luffy but this makes a betrayal or at the very least an own plan/objective for why he joined more likely again.

With Sabo it actually makes sense. As the flame emperor he gained fame that rivalled and or exceeded Dragons name.

Many people called out Kuzan's potential betrayal way before it was cool, and I am not seeing how him appearing in this panel cements that theory. And Sabo's been a flame emperor for a while now. Again I am not seeing how this panel made his title suddenly more relevant.

Actually it definitely does. Kuzan and Sabo break the fact that the leaders of the groups represent the subordinates, making them their own representative relevant enough to be featured.

The community is still full of shit about Kuzan’s supposedly bad Hachinosu performance. He actually contested Old Garp the Fist in a punching clash and didn't lose. That alone elevated Admirals above the strongest commanders while fruitless.

Suck it clowns. First Topman twerked because of Kuzan’s strength, now he's wanked because he was included.

Sabo is Ace V.2 but Aokiji is going to fight get his ass beat again, we only need to know his real intentions.
Best case scenario would be Oda giving Akainu a Sengoku like moment and this was all planned by him.

How many of them will stay relevant by the time Luffy gets the PK title? I can name at least a couple of characters that will be relevant until the very end and still did not appear on the panel. Most relevant my ass. The most you can say is, they're gonna appear more in the upcoming chapters until their eventual elimination or until they get sidelined.
