I think Kizaru can win by outlasting him, avoiding his hits and basically using his speed to tire Luffy out. I dont think he was what it takes to enter a slugfest with Luffy and win that way.

That's part of battle, Katakuri and Doffy did the same in many ways , it's last one remaining standing in battle. It's mostly Luffy's fault for abusing his body just to keep up with Kizaru.

I will say though that I was shocked Kizaru was so casual against FS + Snakeman's speed, he was kinda presented as a bully in that chapter. Like he was toying with Luffy, I didn't think we would see that from a Luffy and Kizaru fight at this point.

This is why I have Kaido beating Kizaru because matchups matter. Kaido is as fast or faster then G5 as he was blitzing the shit out of him and catching up to him when he was running away.

Kaido also doesnt have a time limit.

Kaido also can fight for days and has monstruous stamina.

So the matchup is in Kaidos favor imo.
