Aramaki is based on Aramaki Gennai, a master swordsman who acts like the opposite a of a stereotypical samurai (drunktard lazy womanizer) but folks are still here talking about there's no way he can use a sword because he doesn't behave like a swordsman lmao
It's baffling I've never seen the ostrich effect in such force with fans denying Aramaki having a black blade

Lmao aye np. I've really been hoping they will betray for this reason too. They would be dumb not to unless imu presumably instant kill them all too ofc even from am entire ocean away.

The Gorosei have shown a bit of remorse and reluctance or something against what they've had to do before, they're not entirely inhumane surprisingly despite how much of a cartoonly written megalomaniacal 2-dimensional loon Saturn turned out to be lmao.
To be honest to be honest, I’m just stretching out the theory that says that Marines will undergo a civil war. This would be way too much one dimensional if it happens. Worse than the end of Naruto with the rabbit goddess from the moon. But yes it looks like a whole lotta characters will show remorse like Kizaru in order to be redeemed for the post-final arc. Borsalino needs to ask forgiveness to the remaining Vegapunk for instance.

tbf, I'm not the right person to ask this to, since I've never read any
but, like I said, it should have some good plot at least initially, before word of mouth gets it enough sales to survive on fanservice alone
Yeah, true that.
They did him like they did Kid and Law. In grandline loosing your ship is not something you can recover easily from tbh. Especially losing it in a fight against other pirates. Barto also sails with a huge crowd he will probably lose a tone of nakama.
He could use his barriers though, those could block attacks from a pissed off Oden, so..
