I get what you mean, but personally I wish the story left the time of introductions behind and got into the meat of the story. Not too many chapters ago Oda seemed to push the story to go into the endgame, and set up some sense of urgency with the reveal of the world flooding soon. Gorosei talking about the "great cleansing", Imu using Uranus, Celestial Dragons on a clock because they're being starved out...

And now Straw Hats are chilling in Elbaf, and it feels to me like the world is slowing down again. This throwaway line of, "if Loki escapes, it means the end of the world!" is so strange to me, because not too long ago we already read that the world is ending anyhow... Are the giants not aware of this? Eh, whatever.

Feels like the characters don't actually live in the world they live in when they don't even consider the world events and just take a stroll in Elbaf for fun. (Regardless of whether it's in-character for Luffy or Usopp for example.)
Yeath that's fair but at the same time what else could the straw hats do rn? And I think Elbaf will be the last arc with some actual adventure/exploring in it so right now I'm enjoying these chapters cause I like Elbaf visuals

I also enjoyed the Lego World chapters.
Only 3 with handle everything with good pace.
I think people feelt that it was long because we had many breaks.
Yeah Elbaf pacing is pretty fine rn, the issue are the many breaks we had lately that makes seem like it doesn't advance at all
