When I think about it, Hidan is one of my all time favourite characters for similar reasons.
Greenbull gives pure delinquet vibes. Just look at how he rocks the Admiral jacket, not buttoned up, not wearing a suit, chest out, tats fully exposed, not even a sheath for his blade lmfaoooo. His spin on the attire is a reflection of his character, a rebel by nature.
Just a douchebag through and through, and unapologetic about it.
The dude was literally introduced stomping on 2 commanders while taste testing booze 😂, bro was more focused on the booze than the bozos. Ofcourse I wouldn't expect the One Piece fanbase to understand, they're still crying over Akainu, on behalf of Luffy. One Piece fans are real life embarrassments for a reason, even you've made this observation before @Shiroyru , it takes someone based to appreciate Greenbull, your average Yonkou fan probably can't even see their own feet.

So we got the arc teamups:
Luffy, Usopp, and Zoro (these three will likely get the flashy battles and exposure to the giants this arc)
Jinbe, Robin, Nami, Chopper, Brook, Franky, and Sanji (these crew members will hang out with Saul and get lore exposure)
Overall I think this arc can be shorter than most, maybe similar to Thriller Bark's length. Main battles will be against Loki, Shanks clone, and bandage girl. Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp together with Hajrudin will likely hog these main fights.

Oda established in the beginning of the arc that Luffy and Zoro together means trouble, Usopp being with them is the perfect opportunity to give him... conqueror's haki and piss off most of the fanbase because we all know that there's a group of characters that will never sniff haki above Sentomaru/Jimbo level.
