Imo it cant be the mysterious person only because that person is like the one who was with Crocus at Twin Capes. At that point in the story, the RP from Fishman Island was already gone.
If "Pranks" actually exists then I can see it if he's not this arc's antagonist, because we definitely need to see his threat on his ship/the sea
