Luffy punched Vivi bro. He's also beaten the shit out of Ussop and has hit Zoro, Jinbe, Sanji etc.

He was ready to fight Shanks since punk hazard. His twin being an asshole literally allows Oda to allow him to fight "Shanks" without holding back.

Nah oda's glazing of shanks is unstoppable. If pranks get glazing from oda then it will be only due to his favoritism of shanks. Though pranks will shine plenty imo.
