That has been and still is my assumption, but I think the jury is still out. I’m 95% certain that is the case though.

I we will find out sooner or later how this dynamic works, but I’d be surprised if the Knights didn’t have authority over the Marines on CD territory at the very least.

Whether all Knights are CDs or not, if Gorosei are recruited exclusively from their ranks, it would make sense for them to be at least equal to Admirals, if not greater.

The next couple of chapters should be illuminating.

Hopefully we’ll have clarity soon.

It's confirmed in the chapter that Knights are all CDs

Loki will be an exception if he accepts

Holy Knights don’t exist to protect Celestial Dragon trash

They exist to judge and punish their asses for defying the customs and rules of the life. Protecting them is a Marine’s/Admiral’s job

They are Greenbull without the CD bootlicking and simping :araboss:

Loki will join their ranks, but we also know he’s royalty and they’re there for Elbaph as a whole.

Unless it was stated prior and I missed it, I think there’s still a possibility not all of the Holy Knights are CDs.

I believe all of them are in fact CDs - by birth or otherwise - but I can’t remember if that was established already. It’s possible I missed that being stated.
