The payoff are the 1100 chapters. Im a op fan since i was a child. Its a whole Story written in over 1000 chapters. Not a 12 chapter manga where all important stuff is compressed in these 12. Its a fact that Oda created a legend of manga with this story. But its a fact too that not everyone would like it. Its completly ok but some people forgot what their parents teached them about behaviour so many people are just toxic af and want to spread out their hate.
