Garp went to the site of one of the genocide games and then had the audacity to be upset about his son becoming a revolutionary.
Imo one of the best and so far underdeveloped characters in the series.
How would shamrock tie into it?

You’re hyperfixating on a small interaction, that was not even Oda’s focus. Loki insulted Shanks, Luffy threw a punch, that’s just it.
I already told you, arrows are telegraphed where she will hit Loki. Loki predicted it based off her attack pattern earlier. You keep dodging the question, it was already stated in the manga that df users can’t use haki while they’re in contact with seastone.
They can’t use their haki, that doesn’t mean that other haki users can’t feel their presence/strength.
Luffy only trained ryuo when he wasn’t in seastone cuffs anymore. Just read a couple pages back in this thread, someone already brought up the panel.

Loki has been described as very treacherous, so what if he's acting like he passed out to see if he could somehow be unchained? Well, there's no point in the Holy Knights going to such lengths to knock him out if they're not going to kill him. It's just a waste of energy.
The point that there's no point in leaving Loki alive if he doesn't have some purpose is very valid.
Shamrock could drag him away if he was passed out just like Zoro and Sanji dragged dinosaurs away in Little Garden.

Meh, Garp is a cool guy, but the refusing promotions thing always felt like cope to me tbh. Garp is a pretty high ranking navy member who is generally loyal and respected. I don't think it really matters if he's a vice admiral or an admiral. I get why oda included that element though
Next time we get a gorosei meeting, we can see them talk about Garp being kidnapped, and cross guild, which will be pretty cool I think

Why don’t we all shift gears to a discussion about why it is that both Haki and Devil Fruit powers are suppressed by the same material?
It is actually. If the main character can’t do it in the arc when he is learning the relevant skills, then there is no way anyone else is doing it in just a random situation without a Don and some emphasis on the fact they did it.

Loki can't use haki but his haki can be sensed afar by Luffywhen he screamed and oozed haki , people felt it
