Kizaru put up an act to fool Saturn, giving Luffy food is proof enough
Luffy did virtually no damage to Kizaru the entire arc even when he used g5 his strongest form AND the second strongest g5 attack (WSG) to date.
A marine soldier even commented ”where are your wounds sir“.
There is not enough excuses that Oda could give to Luffy to save his humiliation.
Anyone with average intelligence can see how much he held back Kizaru.

Luffy's Gear 4 was one-shotted by Kaido without advcoc
Another excuse that this form is meaningless without advcoc

This focus on Figarlands yet again makes me think that Garling is going to be the strongest Gorosei. Tbh I was very sure of it when Garling became one of the elders and this just reassures me. I think the strength of the Gorosei is directly proportional to how close their respective planet is to Earth (or Imu) in this historical model of the solar system. Don't know how the Sun fits here tho at the moment ngl.

DR Doffy is peak high tier and above commanders. While Gunko is low top tier so she is stronger than DR Doffy
