In retrospect it was retarded, but I really believed the guy on Elbaf would be Shanks himself because it was only Gunko doing the killing a bit, and the scene with the Gorosei doesn´t make sense otherwise. I don´t think Oda can have both twin brothers wear the same Hood, would just confuse to many people

I don't even think Shamy is main antagonist of Elbaf.

Unless we get all HKs to come at Elbaf to fight ShS and Giants, I don't think Shamy is main antagonist.
There is no big player to replace Shamy.
So either we will see all of HKs losing here or somehow Shamy will not fall.
