Okay bro so hear me out, based on Shanks’ stupid high IQ, and his interaction with Buggy at Marineford when Buggy yelled at him about making him eat the fruit, I think Shanks had him eat it on purpose. He knew the fruit and its power and had Buggy eat it so that he literally couldn’t be killed by a huge portion of the One Piece verse, to keep him safe.

Legitimate question for you guys: Is Saint Shanks stronger than Shamrock? And if so, why exactly?

I see no reason for him to be weaker than Saint Shanks.

-Saint Shanks and Shamrock are twins, genetically they are basically the same human and thus should have likely inherited the same Haki. You can argue maybe Shamrock doesn’t have future sight or AdCoA which require training, but his CoC should absolutely be the same as Saint Shanks’s or at least similar.

-Shamrock as an active Holy Knight should train. Saint Shanks doesn’t really train at all, he mostly drinks and parties.

-Shamrock isn’t a cripple

-Even if you argue Saint Shanks who utilizes Roger’s fighting style is a more skilled fighter than Shamrock, Shamrock has a sword with a mythical Zoan fruit.

Seriously I can’t see any logical reason for Saint Shanks being stronger than Shamrock other than Saint Shanks just being Oda’s favorite character lol.

Tell us why Sanji stomps his siblings despite being of the same genetical material please L'ee-san. Shanks and Shamrock are of the same heritage, but Shamrock at the end of the day is still a government dog who operates within that framework, while Shanks as a free man sailing and conquering the world and gathering allies has more potential as far as ambition goes. On top of having faced strong foes to grow against.

this would be funny lol. i do think buggy's fruit is potentially extremely powerful considering he's immune to all sword slashes haki-d up or not, and his awakening would turn him into Sukuna with Malevolent Shrine from JJK and just instantly slice up everyone within a certain radius
