I think current Sanji can already clap Katakuri.
Peak Sanji is 7th strongest character at EOS, if we take Sabaody order seriously.
Either way, his final fight will show how strong he truly is and if it's vs Kuzan, people are simply not ready for Super Saiyan Sanjino.

Unambiguously Oda gave us this scaling:

Shanks > Loki > Old Rayleigh/Gaban

Loki must be admiral/yonko range, and also this is a crazy feat for Shanks because now Shanks joins Luffy and Akainu as the only characters to defeat a top tier.

Loki is insanely strong cause even tho Luffy has defeated Kaido and Gaban is aware of that he isnt "sure" he can handle Kaido

Luffy took a hit for sure, but in the long run Zoro will suffer more from this because Luffy will defeat opponents twice(+) as strong as Zoro and Sanji's opponents like always. Zoro and Sanji's major opponents are pretty much glued together status wise.

Better pray Mihawk comes after the final battles. This will be the only thing to even remotely separate them, if Mihawk comes before, then Zoro and Sanji's final opponents will be once again grouped together with Luffy fighting the leader or w.e the case may be.

Imo there’s a high chance Mihawk either:

1. Gets beaten by Nusjuro/Shiryu or
2. Replaces Shiryu as a titan commander on the BBP

In any case, I doubt SHs vs Cross Guild will happen
