Thing is we know that they don't want base luffy to be top tier or even at a certain level .
We both been here for years and know how certain people the shit on base luffy for years be it vs admrial or YC1 or who fuck ever else.
But all of sudden certain people want base luffy to be strong after years of saying he trash and we all know why .
It so funny to see it all happen just in one chapter for agenda lmao.

he already explained it. the df awakening is when your mind and body align with the devil fruit. kaku awakened because he loves giraffes and is obsessed with giraffes, it's that simple
