The Luffy getting clowned part wasn’t that bad

Though in all fairness the providers said it was a 5/10 chapter

5/10 means average or iffy but not terrible

Luffy looked a little lame but it wasn’t that bad

I’m surprised Luffy and Zoro took Gaban so serious after one attack though. Zoro especially

Black lightning when he usually likes to hold back at the beginning took me by surprise

It also seems like Gaban was testing Luffy until he got to see G5. Was there something written about it on Laugh Tale?

Tbh I think Oda did a good job with the Gaban fight. This is pretty much the extent to which Luffy should be allowed to get clowned without completely destroying his status

If Gaban had wrecked him in a prolonged fight against G5 it would be unrecoverable
This chapter is perfect for power scaling tbh
-Gaban can manhandle Luffy without his Nika form
-Old gaban could probably keep up this fight but lose eventually which also upscales Roger and Ray and gaban ( Prime )
-Gaban's haki is hyped

Its kinda weird
redon gif was overplaying it
But at the same thought this was 2 sword zoro or something not 3 sword adcoc
That kinda gases it more than luffy jobbing like always :risisure:

I KNEW something like this would happen and that's why I never assumed that they were right and that Luffy actually got stomped or something
This is why I wanted to wait for the full summary before jumping to conclusions. I was able to be patient and see how shit actually went down, while everyone else immediately started slandering Luffy for no reason.

Once again the slander luffy for nothing but holy shit at the gaban glaze.
