Their could be an Intel issue. Since Saturn died and the Vice admirals most of felt awkward after that. So the WG may not have known that the SH were on Elbaf at first, or maybe the VA's just gave their reports.

that just says "haki" dumbass. 覇気 is just Haki. when people talk about coc they say 覇王色 or Haoshoku. or the full sentence 覇王色の覇気

Why would Zoro harden a single one then leave others? Then coat CoC on one blade while not doing so for others?

Major Sanji upscale possible here, that haki on the key with the sound effect before the attack lands looks very much like ACoC. The downside though is that it did nothing to Luffy. On the other hand Gaban didn't use any haki in his named attack.
