Loki is not in contact with any sea stone, so it is not draining him. It doesn’t work through clothes or any other kind of material, it has to touch your skin, but it will prevent his transformation.

Not that it matters since he will smash his foot and pull it out anyway if he goes that route, but most likely he is going to attack Hajrudin and get laid out by Sanji and Luffy, Zoro to sit on his chest and point a sword at his throat.

Either he doesn't have a devil fruit ability, or he's so strong he powered through it all but why tf would u chain him in seastone if he didn't?

Imagine if Kaido and Loki were conflated into the same character: the chained Yonko around whom an entire army was formed by itself in awe at his aura and promise of a forthcoming Armageddon the second he will be unchained

Have Luffy unchain that before he unlocks G5, and then have him grapple with what being a "liberator" means

While I think Loki is wounded a lot, he may have exaggerated and use this condition to his advantage to fool Luffy and Zoro into freeing him is what happened I think, with him being called a trickster and liar who would betray others
