It's impossible to know. It would be easier to measure if Loki were truly a villain and Luffy had more extra reasons to fight him—more motivation—because then he would adopt a mindset similar to Luffy vs. Kaidou or Doffy vs. Luffy, where Kaidou and Doffy try to kill his friends right in front of him, make the local population suffer, and build up an insane amount of tension until that breaking point. Here, we don’t have that. It’s basically just Luffy being worried about Loki.

Against Kizaru, there was no real weight either—zero buildup, just a callback to Sabaody and that was it. Even though Luffy spent the entire arc beating up Kizaru while holding back, he didn’t have anywhere near the same motivation he had in Wano to defeat Kaidou. The difference is massive. I’ll wait and see, but I like Loki—he could be him after Kaidou, of course.

Zoro's gonna need multiple arcs to catch up to this guy

Fire and Lightning being only weakness of Elbaf makes me think that the Adam tree is gonna burn down by the end of the ARC. Three realms where three climactic battles can take place. Heaven for Sanji, Underworld for Zoro and Sun for Luffy.
