If Zoro and Luffy decided to release Loki, it means they know they are stronger than him so he is not gonna be a big issue. Shamrock is the big villain.

Speaking of Sanji's birthday chapter (which is on March 2nd), last two years ago, Sanji usually has a W around his birthday chapter. For examples:

2023 around March 2nd:




Then 2024 also around March 2nd:



I wasn't around when these chapters drops but the meltdowns was probably funny lol. So maybe this chapter or the next chapter will be Sanji's chapter.

The example you gave about the cake and such was a person with photographic memory. Again looking and seeing a circle doesn't equate to him being able to sense it. Besides even if that's the case then the same would equally apply to luffy jinbe or zoro if they saw the same circle prior. So your point does not provide an example of sanji>jinbe, luffy, zoro in observation haki.

And seeing a symbol doesn't equate to being able to sense it distances away
