I dont think there will be one. Not a local villain anyway. Egghead, Elbaf, and the next arc all build to the WG as the big villain, introducing each arc a new facet of it, first the Gorosei, now the HK, whatever else next.
We might have "situations" that need resolving, and a few henchmen will be taken down, like Saturn, but the WG will fall all at once in its own arc, when the Good Marine secede and the Revs do their part at long last.

I love the Zoro parallells to Loki. It's the same bravado as in Arlong Park, Little Garden, Thriller Bark & Sabaody and especially what Arlong said in AP and Kizaru in Sabaody.

Did Zoro, Loki and Luffy all use FS? Seemed like they all knew what the deal was and that Luffy was about to tap Loki to defeat. Also nice interaction between Zoro and Hajrudin - a throwback to Zoro and the other Grand Fleet members in Dressrosa.
