The Scabbards, even when injured, were still portrayed above the Tobiroppo.
And as we know, Ulti and WsW have better feats than Vergo.
So Scabbards < Vergo logically makes no sense whatsoever.

The Ope Ope no mi is a fruit worth as much as Primebeard. PH Law could make short work of most YC below YC1, but Luffy would struggle greatly. That's just how their powers operate.

Cracker is a bad matchup for Luffy but a joke matchup for Law or even fricking Jinbe with water.
