it is without a shadow of a doubt that both Pica and Vergo were above Kinemon who was their leader.

Only Law and Zoro at that time respectively were portrayed to be able to handle those two.

So yea Vergo vs Jack is certainly more of a discussion than Vergo vs the Flying 6. Both via feats or portrayal.

Dude had massive aura, almost like an arc villain level.

It was in the manga as well, CC after tasting Luffy's armament beatdown used Vergo to threaten him.
